Jeff Vetere

Jeff is an honest, dependable and multi-faceted individual who has brought his professional and personal skills into building a successful Realty Team.
With over 16 years experience in the industry, Jeff has developed patience and a keen sense for understanding the needs of others. His calm demeanor under pressured situations and outstanding negotiation skills always help his clients to feel supported when making important decisions about their future.
Jeff’s innate intuition is his strongest asset. He has an acute ability to read situations and people while pairing this with his incredible foresight for unique opportunities and sound investments; he is well attuned with seeing the potential for a strong return.
Along with Jeff’s appreciation for everything Real Estate, Jeff is a proud Father of two and enjoys a balanced life with his family. He also takes time to pursue his long time hobby of song writing and vocals . Any free time spent Jeff will be known for cooking, travelling and appreciating good music.

Mark Vetere

Mark brings a well-rounded skill set and interest into his daily work. Mark’s educational accreditation from Brock University has provided him with a strong business mindset, organizational skills, and an enhanced ability to work in a team setting.
As a former Supervisor for large commercial / residential / construction projects and 10+ years’ experience with building restoration, Mark has a solid foundation and a core understanding for the fundamentals of a good build. His keen eye for what makes a home both structurally sound paired with a genuine understanding of his clients’ desired outcome are what make Mark a sought after realtor.
Aside from Mark’s ongoing devotion towards Real Estate, he enjoys an adventurous lifestyle. Mark is passionate about outdoor excursions and travelling whenever possible. He is also a music enthusiast. Mark enjoys playing music and listening to a wide range of genres on his record collection.
Mark thrives on integrity and sincerity and it is this assurance that has led his clients to create referrals so that others may benefit from his same positive and professional experience. In his 11 years of real estate, Mark has been awarded several times; a true testament to his strong work ethic and passion for finding the perfect home for his clients.

Jane understands the buyer’s psychology and can sell the home faster with a high value. With Bella Moda’s techniques, they can transform your home’s overall look, creating a greater return on your investment.
Jane has several years of financial risk management, and she understands the importance of weighing decisions that would benefit clients to their advantage. Jane owned and operated a kitchen manufacturing company in the home improvement industry for several years. She listens to clients and can quickly provide consultation on color and spacial composition.
Bella Moda Home Staging and Renovation provides various services, such as home consultation and free estimates for showcasing, home staging, and re-design/renovation for the new home. Andrea Merkley
Administrator & Client Care
Andrea brings great energy and enthusiasm to the Vetere Team. Adding an individual who prides herself on being detailed and organized allows day to day operations to run smoothly without interruption. Andrea is well rounded with a multitude of skill sets and accreditations.
Andrea’s education stems from her time at the University of Arizona where she studied linguistics ultimately allowing her to focus on sign language interpretation. Her ability to communicate with others on many levels provides a comfort to all individuals that come across her path. Her patience and easy-going mannerism come from years of being a highly recommended certified yoga instructor and working with all types of individuals.
Andrea’s work ethic, integrity and positivity help provide new ideas and inspiration to our evolving real estate team. We are fortunate to have her as part of the family.
