When looking at real estate in Ontario, I know to call the Vetere Team. But when a property in British Columbia caught my eye, before calling the listing agent, I contacted Mark To see if he had any advice. He quickly said give him 30 minutes. Within 20 minutes, he introduced me to a local real estate agent that knew the property and surrounding area like the back of his hand.

As we reside internationally, it is crucial to have great communication and trust with your realtor. Even though not Mark’s listing, he frequently kept in touch to make sure things were running smoothly and we were getting the results sought to achieve.

We close on the property tomorrow, but truly believe it was only made possible because of Mark and the Vetere team!!!
