We can’t thank the Vetere team enough! This was our second time using the Vetere team to assist us in selling our home. In 2022 my spouse and I decided it was time to upgrade from our townhome to a detached and of course we contacted Jeff and Mark for assistance. Both Jeff and Mark are knowledgeable in the housing market and helped us to price our home as to make it an interest to prospective buyers. Although the housing market has become a bit sporadic, the Vetere team assured us that our property would sell within our desired price range and within a reasonable time frame . Throughout the process they provided both updates and guidance . As sellers we felt respected and knew the team would not let our home sell for less than it’s worth. When the time came to buy our new home of course we returned to them. Buying an older home was a new experience for us and so we relied on their experience and knowledge to guide us through what things to look out for when viewing properties. In the end Mark was with us when we found our home. Mark and Jeff helped to ensure we did not over pay for the property and got the home we were looking for . In the end we are extremely happy we worked with the Vetere team . We would highly recommend these honest, hardworking guys!
